Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please email info@welove.co.nz with your request.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the shipping of your returned item. Please do not send your return to our warehouse before making contact with us.REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using the same method of payment as your original purchase.
NB: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NB: IT IS AGAINST THE LAW FOR US TO LEAVE RESTRICTED GOODS SUCH AS ALCOHOL UNATTENDED AT AN ADDRESS. THEREFORE, IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT SOMEONE OVER THE AGE OF 18 IS AVAILABLE TO TAKE DELIVERY WITH AN ID PRESENT.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY CHARGES?
Shipping is charged based on your location within New Zealand, you will see any charges called out when checking out:
North Island (mainland only): $5 | South Island (mainland only): $10
These charges cover orders up to 12 packs, after that, additional charges may apply. Please send an email to info@welove.co.nz to confirm additional shipping charges before placing your order.
Please note: for any deliveries outside the mainland of New Zealand (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island and Chatham Island) additional delivery charges will apply.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We deliver Monday to Friday, except for major holidays (Good Friday, Easter Monday, Christmas Day and ANZAC Day). Depending on your location, delivery times may differ. Please feel free to email info@welove.co.nz with your delivery query.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking details.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF NEW ZEALAND?
No, we currently only deliver to New Zealand.
